This dormitory was completed at the same time as I entered Otemae University in April 2022. As it was my first time living alone, I decided to live in a student dormitory because I wanted an environment where I could live safely. I was particularly attracted to S-Cute Pal Kobe Mikage because it was a new dormitory. The caretaker also patrols during the day, so I can live in the dormitory with peace of mind. I had a lot of worries when I first moved in, but I was very happy when I was able to make friends with the dorm residents on my floor. I hope you all will move into the student dormitory, meet new friends, and enjoy your university life!

S-Cute Pal Kobe Mikage is located about a 3-minute walk from Hanshin Ishiyagawa Station. It is an 8-story building, and I like the beautiful view from my room. Although it is co-educational, the floors are separate, and there is a security system in place for entering and exiting each area, so it is safe. Another plus point is that it is fully equipped with simple and stylish IKEA furniture and all the home appliances you need for daily life. There is also a chat room where you can chat with friends.

One of the reasons I chose Otemae University was that it had a student dormitory. I wanted to develop independence by experiencing life alone and find my own way of living and thinking in a free environment. My parents were initially worried about me living alone, but after seeing the dormitory environment, they eventually accepted. I live in "JUDY'S EAST", which is about a 3-minute walk from the university, so there are no transportation costs and the university pays for water and electricity, which is a great help for students who are tight on money. Not only is the school close, but the supermarket and the nearest station are also close, so it is easy to live here and very convenient.
With friends in the dormitory
Parties are fun too!
I often have parties with friends in the dorm. We all bring what we need from our rooms and have a takoyaki party, watch movies on the projector, and eat dinner. This is something that can only be done easily in a student dorm. I think living alone helps you grow as a person and is a valuable experience that allows you to get to know and think about yourself. I hope you will try living alone in a student dorm.

It's safe to be stationed there.
It's only about a 2-minute walk from the Nishinomiya Shukugawa campus, so commuting is very easy. International students also live here, so you can learn about different lifestyles and cultures, and there are events like Christmas parties. The rooms are furnished with beds and desks, so even if you bring your own furniture, it doesn't feel cramped. You cook your own meals. There's a supermarket nearby, so grocery shopping is very convenient. There's a female manager at the dormitory 24 hours a day, so both my parents and I feel safe.

This is a 6-story student apartment building with 30 rooms. The 2nd and 3rd floors are used by male international students, the 4th floor by faculty and staff, and the 5th and 6th floors are currently accepting male residents. (As of October 31, 2023, the building is fully booked.)
We provide 24-hour on-call support, and each room is equipped with home appliances such as floor heating and a bathroom heater/dryer, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Comfortable boys' dormitory.
Located approximately a 5-minute walk from the Nishinomiya Shukugawa Campus, this is a 6-story building with one basement level and 50 rooms for male students. Each room is equipped with a desk, chair, bed, storage, air conditioning, and internet access. Shared facilities include a kitchen, unit shower rooms, toilets, washbasins, laundry room, training room, lounge, free room, and student hall. A caretaker is on-site during the day (weekdays) for added safety.
