I am currently in the process of registering my bank account for automatic withdrawal of tuition fees.

To those who pay tuition fees

As we notified you the other day, starting from the spring semester of 2025 (Reiwa 7), we will be implementing direct debit of tuition fees.
・In order for us to deduct your tuition fees, you will need to register your account for debit.
・International students can also pay through Flywire etc. If you wish to do so, please contact General Affairs Division.
・If you transfer via ATM, online banking, or using a transfer request form that is past its due date, the transfer fee will be borne by you.

1. Who is eligible to register?
As of December 2025,
①First-year university student
②2nd year university student
3. Third year university student
④ First year junior college students (excluding long-term students)
⑤2nd year student at a junior college Department of Oral Health Sciences
For new students enrolled in 2025, tuition fees will be debited from their accounts starting from the fall semester of 2025.
There is no need to register a withdrawal account this time.
Please pay using the payment slip provided when you receive your acceptance notice.
Regarding the registration of direct debit accounts for new students starting in the fall semester of 2025, we will provide you with the registration schedule around May 2025.

2. Registration Procedures
・You can register online on the websites of Otemae University and Otemae College.
Please register the account from which you would like the funds to be debited by Monday, March 31, 2025.
- Details of tuition fees to be deducted will be sent to students individually in the "School Notices" section of el-Campus approximately 15 days prior to the deduction.
The first session, for the spring semester of 2025, is scheduled to take place around April 20th.
Please make arrangements in advance so that you can receive tuition fee details from students.
