Pre-admission workshop held

We held a "pre-admission workshop" for students who were accepted early and plan to enroll in 2025.

On Saturday, November 23rd, the “2025 Pre-Enrollment Inquiry Learning International Nursing Readiness Seminar: Learn About International Nursing Practicum” was held online, with 32 participants.
The students began by receiving a speech from Professor Hiromi Fujii, Dean. They then split into two groups and, facilitated by Professor Fumie Shirai and Associate Professor Tomiko Toda, made presentations on the topics they had been assigned in advance.
Afterwards, Associate Professor Tomiko Toda gave a talk on "Otemae University International Nursing Training Program," to which the participants listened intently.
Finally, Dean Hiromi Fujii gave a summary review of the participants' presentations and closed the event.

On Sunday, December 15th, we held the 2025 pre-enrollment workshop "Open the Door to Learning" at the Sakura Shukugawa Campus and online. 227 people (195 in person and 32 online) participated in the workshop.
At the opening, Professor Kojiro Hata (Faculty of Business Administration), Academic Administration Office gave a greeting and an explanation of "university life". Afterwards, Lecturer Asami Miyake (Faculty of Business Administration) facilitated an ice-breaker and senior students gave advice on "how to enjoy university life". The participants were nervous at first, but by the time they started group work, they had relaxed quite a bit.
We also used "graphic recording" on the day to keep a graphic record of comments made at the venue.
Finally, Professor Hata Kojiro gave a closing speech with information about upcoming pre-enrollment learning and the next pre-enrollment workshop.
