"Try-it Week" is a social and work experience program for junior high school students promoted by the Hyogo Prefectural Board of Education.

Our university also hosted five students from Nishinomiya Municipal Kuraen Junior High School over a two-day period.

On Wednesday, May 29th, two students gained work experience at the library, where they performed tasks such as data entry, shelving, and handling loan and return procedures at the counter, while on Friday, May 31st, three students experienced designing and producing metal badges at the Manga Department of Faculty of Architecture & Arts.

Although the work experience was conducted within a very limited time frame, it was a valuable day for the students as they were able to gain experiences that they could not have gained in junior high school.

Thank you to everyone at Kuraen Junior High School.

We were also planning to welcome four students from Nishinomiya City Taisha Junior High School on Tuesday, May 28th, but the trip was canceled due to a heavy rain warning being issued.
