In February 2023, students from Otemae Educational Corporation Cultural Association Broadcasting Club, in collaboration with the Hyogo Prefecture Nishinomiya Police Station, produced videos on "Five Rules for Safe Bicycle Use," "Awareness-raising Videos for Wearing Helmets," and "Making Sure to Take Out Bicycle Insurance."

This initiative was requested by Nishinomiya Police Station in Hyogo Prefecture to be made possible by the fact that, although wearing bicycle helmets has become mandatory since April 1, 2023, the rate of helmet wearing has been sluggish in Hyogo Prefecture. In order to increase opportunities to think more about the necessity and road manners, three universities in Nishinomiya City produced videos at the request of the Nishinomiya Police Station in Hyogo Prefecture, with the producers being of the same generation as the students and the way they distribute the videos being produced.

The three universities in Nishinomiya City that produced the video (Otemae Educational Corporation Cultural Association Broadcasting Club, Kobe College Dance Club, and Kwansei Gakuin University General Broadcasting Station) have been presented with a letter of appreciation from Nishinomiya Police Station in Hyogo Prefecture for their significant contributions to raising awareness of traffic safety by producing an educational video about wearing helmets when riding bicycles and by carrying out public relations activities.
