[Faculty of Health and Nutrition] 19th National Dietary Education Promotion Conference Healthy Menu Contest Finalists Selected!

The 19th National Conference on Food Education Promotion will be held on June 1st (Sat) and 2nd (Sun). The theme of the conference is "Food Education for a Bright Future of Life."
There are a lot of food-related events coming up, and the Osaka EXPO Healthy Menu Contest will be held to promote the appeal of Osaka food to the whole country. A total of 46 menus were submitted by students enrolled in universities and vocational schools in Osaka Prefecture, and the menu "Kitsune-don" made by a third-year student in Faculty of Health and Nutrition at our university was selected as one of the three finalists.

The final will be held on Sunday, June 2nd from 10:30 on the Cooking Stage. In addition to the judging method on the day and points from the special judges, the number of votes received in advance on the national competition website will also be counted!
