Information on the 2024 Otemae University and Otemae College Joint Entrance Ceremony and Live Streaming

As previously announced, the 2024 entrance ceremony will be held on Wednesday, April 3rd.

1. Information on the date, time and location of the event

Date and time: Wednesday, April 3, 2024, 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Venue: Osaka International Convention Center (Grand Cube Osaka)

*Parents and family members are welcome to attend, but will not be allowed entry if the venue is full.

*Due to time and space constraints at the venue, there will be no signs for taking commemorative photos.

Instead, we have prepared an AR photo frame that can be used with mobile phones.

Please be aware of this in advance.

 

2. Announcement of live streaming of the entrance ceremony

We will be live streaming the ceremony so that new students, as well as their guardians and family members who are unable to attend can still participate, so please be sure to tune in.

*Even after the ceremony has ended, you will be able to watch the broadcast until Wednesday, April 17th.
*You will not be able to watch the video until it starts streaming.
*Depending on the communication conditions on the day, the video may be distorted or delayed.
Additionally, we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding individual communication environments or how to use YouTube.
