[Faculty of Global Nursing] Participated in "The Door to the Future" hosted by Otani High School

2024年2月15日、大谷高校主催「ミライノトビラ」学部学科説明会において、国際看護学部の教員が特別講座を実施しました。

We participated in this event in the hope that it would provide an opportunity for students from third year junior high school to second year high school to delve deeper into the appeal of Faculty of Global Nursing and provide a practical learning opportunity that would become an option for them in the future.
Regarding the international Global Nursing training, which is a feature of our faculty, we also shared a "Message to my alma mater" that was filmed during the overseas training in Thailand. By delivering the real voices of university students, we provided an opportunity to deepen understanding of Global Nursing. In the trial class, we practiced bandaging using a triangular bandage. We believe that the participating students were able to actually hold a triangular bandage in their hands and learn basic techniques for helping injured people under the guidance of teachers. We hope that this experience will be an inspiration for the participating Otani Junior and Senior High School students as they think about their future careers, and will help open the "door to the future."
