In the field of management, we deal with human resource development and utilization, the basic design of organizations that are groups of people, and forward-looking management strategies.
You will also learn how to build good relationships with society. This is a field that can be utilized by anyone, including business managers, members of organizations such as companies and local groups, self-employed people, freelancers, and others.

- In addition to taking basic business management courses such as "Introduction to Business Management," students will also learn the basics of the other four fields.
First, you will develop the basic skills necessary to study comfortably for the four years.

- For example, students can study business management in a more specialized way by taking courses such as "Business Strategy," "Organizational Behavior," and "Humanity Skills."
We will also be taking on the challenge of PBL courses in collaboration with companies.

This is a class where each student develops their own unique leadership style by working on solving problems faced by companies. For example, in 2023, the two themes were ideas for getting university students involved in the food waste problem and innovation in the hiring process. As you can see, modern companies are faced with challenges where the answer is unclear. That is why everyone needs to demonstrate some kind of leadership. I would like students who want to live their own way, rather than conform to others, and who want to demonstrate leadership and create a better society to take this class.

From the basics of business administration

When I thought about going to university, I was torn between a Buddhist university, as my family home was a temple, and business administration, which I had been interested in since high school. However, I decided to enter this faculty, thinking that business administration would be useful no matter what society I entered. I was also attracted by the fact that I would be the first student in a newly established faculty, and that I would be able to learn practically through "industry-academia collaboration project-based learning." Over the past year, there have been many classes that have made me think about myself, which has made me seriously consider my future, and I feel that I have begun to think about what actions I should take to achieve my goals.
