Faculty of Global Nursing
Takuma Inoue
Graduate of Riseisha High School, a private school in Osaka Prefecture.
I chose this university because I wanted to study nursing with an international perspective. In classes, I learned medical English and the medical situations in other countries, which helped me develop the ability to understand diverse values. During my clinical training, I gained a strong sense of accomplishment by taking a holistic view of patients and providing nursing care while engaging with each individual. The experience of working through clinical training while being conscious of "what kind of nurse I want to be in the future" became a cornerstone for me in my job search. Also, the "ideal image of a nurse" that I thought about in my career design class has become the basis of my way of thinking. With the university's motto of "nurses who don't give up" in mind, I want to face the difficulties I will encounter in the clinical setting and hone my ability to respond flexibly.
