What should I do if I want to join an extracurricular activity group?
Anyone can join the club, regardless of whether they are a university, junior college, or faculty. If you would like to join, there are the following ways to do so.
- Visit the activity locations and club rooms listed on the club's website and in the club introduction booklet distributed at orientation.
- Contact the representative contact information listed on posters on campus bulletin boards or in the club introduction booklet.
How do I form a group?
Extracurricular activity groups are promoted in the order of hobby societies/circles (semi-official groups) → clubs (official groups). If you wish to form a new group, please consult with Student Affairs Division and submit a "Group Formation Application" to Student Affairs Division. To form a hobby societies/circles (semi-official groups), a minimum of five members are required. (There are other conditions for formation, so please contact Student Affairs Division for details.)
