For students entering Faculty of Intercultural Japanese Studies, Faculty of Modern Social Studies, and Faculty of Business Administration in 2026

• If you do not complete payment of the admission fee, tuition fee, etc. by the due date for each entrance examination type, you will be considered to have declined admission.
• All fees paid during the enrollment process (including admission fees and tuition fees) will not be refunded for any reason.
  However, tuition fees, excluding the entrance fee, will only be refunded if the "Withdrawal Notice" designated by our university is submitted (can be sent by mail) by Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Applications will be accepted at the counter until 5:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 (Sakura Shukugawa Campus). (The "Withdrawal Notice" is posted on the entrance examination information page.) In addition, transfers of tuition fees (including entrance fees and tuition fees) between schools established by Otemae Educational Corporation will only be permitted within the current entrance examination year.
• Further notice regarding payment of fall semester tuition fees (including tuition) will be sent in mid-October 2026.
• Tuition amounts from the second year onwards may be revised depending on social conditions.
• In the final year of the program, an additional 10,000 yen will be charged as a lifetime alumni association fee in addition to tuition fees.
• Starting from the fall semester, tuition fees will be paid only by direct debit. Bank account registration is scheduled to begin around July 2026, and we will announce this on our website and in the "School Announcements" section of el-Campus.

FY2020-2025
For current students enrolled in Faculty of Intercultural Japanese Studies, Faculty of Modern Social Studies, and Faculty of Business Administration (2023-2025)

• Tuition fees are collected in two installments, the spring semester and the fall semester. For those who pay by direct debit, we will notify you through the "School Notices" on el-Campus around May 8th for the spring semester and around November 8th for the fall semester (we will not send it by mail). For those who use a bank transfer request form, we will send it by mail in mid-April for the spring semester and mid-October for the fall semester.
• The payment deadline for those paying by direct debit is May 23rd for the spring semester and November 23rd for the fall semester. For those using a transfer request form, the payment deadline is April 30th for the spring semester and October 31st for the fall semester. If the payment deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline will be the next business day of the financial institution.

For 2026 admissions Faculty of Architecture & Arts

• In addition to the tuition fees listed above, you will need approximately 360,000 yen for the four years to cover the costs of purchasing textbooks, lab coats, and other items, materials for practical training and experiments, and national exam preparation. (Actual results for students enrolling in April 2025)

• If you do not complete payment of the admission fee, tuition fee, etc. by the due date for each entrance examination type, you will be considered to have declined admission.
• All fees paid during the enrollment process (including admission fees and tuition fees) will not be refunded for any reason.
  However, tuition fees and other fees, excluding the admission fee, will be refunded only if you submit the university's designated "Withdrawal Notice" (may be sent by mail) by Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
  Please note that applications will be accepted at the counter until 17:00 on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 (Sakura Shukugawa Campus) (the "Withdrawal Form" is posted on the entrance examination information page).
  In addition, transfers of tuition fees (including admission fees and tuition) between schools established by Otemae Educational Corporation will only be permitted for the entrance examination year in question.
• Further notice regarding payment of fall semester tuition fees (including tuition) will be sent in mid-October 2026.
• In addition to the tuition fees listed above, you will need approximately 225,000 yen in your first year for lab clothes, stethoscopes, textbooks, etc. (based on students enrolled in 2025).
• The cost of the Global Nursing practical training carried out during the first to fourth years is included in tuition fees (however, travel expenses for off-campus training (including overseas) must be borne by the student).
• Tuition amounts from the second year onwards may be revised depending on social conditions.
• In the final year of the program, an additional 10,000 yen will be charged as a lifetime alumni association fee in addition to tuition fees.
