What should I do if I want to join an extracurricular activity group?

Anyone can join the club, regardless of whether they are a university, junior college, or faculty. If you would like to join, there are the following ways to do so.

- Visit the activity locations and club rooms listed on the club's website and in the club introduction booklet distributed at orientation.

- Contact the representative contact information listed on posters on campus bulletin boards or in the club introduction booklet.

  • For Osaka Castle Campus, please contact the clubs using the methods listed on the "Club Posters" posted on el-campus.
How do I form a group?

Extracurricular activity groups are promoted sequentially from clubs/circles (semi-official groups) to clubs (official groups). If you wish to form a new group, please consult with Student Affairs Division and then submit a "Group Formation Request" to Student Affairs Division. To form a club/circle (semi-official group), a minimum of 5 members is required (3 members or more at the Osaka Castle Campus). (There are other formation requirements, so please contact Student Affairs Division for details.)
