About the Web Withdrawal Account Registration System

Please read the following precautions and log in to the "Otemae University / Otemae College Tuition Withdrawal Account Web Registration System" using the link.

The registration period is as follows. Details will be announced on el-Campus from time to time.

<Registration period>
・Tuition fees will be deducted from the spring semester from around January to the end of March
・Tuition fees will be deducted from the fall semester from around June to the end of August
*One registration process is valid until the final semester of graduation.

Before you begin

As of December 2024, the people eligible for the procedure are:
①First-year university student
2. University sophomore
3. Third year university student
④ First year junior college students (excluding long-term students)
⑤2nd year student of Department of Oral Health Sciences at a junior college
Graduate students are not eligible.

Before you begin the procedure, please prepare the following:

  • A student ID or other document showing your student ID number
  • PIN number for the cash card of the financial institution account to be registered
    (Note) Accounts without cash cards cannot be registered.
  • You can register a personal account in the student's name or in the name of a designated family member or other contact person (person responsible for paying tuition fees). You cannot register a "corporate" account or an account with a "trade name".
  • Other information required for registration varies depending on the financial institution. For details, please contact each financial institution.
  • The account PIN must be entered so that the financial institution can verify that the registrant is the account holder. PIN information will never be provided to the university or Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. (formerly SMBC Finance Services).

Procedural points to note

  • Please note that if you do not operate the device for a certain period of time, it will "time out." When the timeout occurs, you will have to start the operation over again.
  • If you wish to register a new or change your tuition account for the next direct debit, please complete the procedure by the end of the month two months prior to the direct debit date (end of March for spring semester, end of September for fall semester).
    • If you wish to change your account, please register again. The payment will be debited from the last registered account.
  • The compatible operating terminals, OS, browsers, etc. are as follows.

    Browser: Edge / Safari / Chrome
    • On iPad series, it may not be available on each Shinkin Bank website.
    • Please note that supported operating systems and browsers may change without notice.
    • Unsupported OS versions are not recommended.
    • Please do not use the back, forward or refresh buttons on your browser. Always use the buttons on the screen.
  • Conventional mobile phones (feature phones (Gara-ke)) are not supported.
  • Please make sure to complete all the steps on the screen. If you quit midway, the procedure will not be completed.
