comment

As a "career specialist teacher," I would like to continue to understand the students and provide them with an environment that allows them to feel safe and positive, knowing that someone is always supporting them. I will help them to be healthy in both body and mind, excited and lively, and "looking forward to being able to play an active role in the future" as they look forward to the society they will soon be taking on.

The first half of my career was spent as a technical researcher at a university and in a company, and the second half was spent in the human resources department, where I was involved in human resource development and recruitment.
As a career consultant, I am responsible for career education and career interviews both inside and outside the company. I myself have made many career changes that I never imagined when I was a student, and that is how I got to where I am today. This is also the reason why I became deeply interested in careers.

People do not know or predict the future. This makes people anxious. This is especially true for young students. However, this is a completely natural biological reaction brought about by the unique ability that humans possess: imagination.
In our one-on-one meetings and other opportunities, we would like to tell students that there are many unknown worlds out there that they are not aware of yet, and many opportunities in the future where they can be themselves and thrive. Furthermore, many opportunities that will connect to these opportunities await them, and we would like to think about the future together.
