My research theme is "The science of diverse relationships (career communities) that can be applied to the way we live our lives."
When we think about life, we imagine the way we want to live and work by thinking about real people and talking to others.
In other words, diverse interactions that allow you to gain new insights and learn from them are important for career development.
This diverse range of connections is called the "career community," and it is a field that analyzes interpersonal relationships from the perspective of careers.
He also works as a career consultant, utilizing the experience he has gained from living abroad for over 10 years in Europe and the United States and in the workplace.
