MAEDA Kohei

comment: Based on the climate, experiences, and philosophy of his roots in the Kii Peninsula, he works on the theme of "the relationship and distance between nature and people." He creates and presents works in the form of photography, video, performance, installation, and other media, focusing on natural topography, ecosystems, culture, and faith, both in Japan and overseas, through fieldwork.
