My current interest is in the impact cooking has on emotions and mood.
We are researching the effects cooking has on the mind and body.
Through a qualification exam based on preventive medicine (Home Cooking Skills Examination), we are also working to develop knowledge and cooking skills for improving eating habits and maintaining and improving health, with the theme of "food, nutrition, and health."
