comment
- I am currently conducting research in the Yellow River basin to find out what kind of cultural significance wheat flour foods have for the Chinese people. I have also traveled around Asia, including Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea, and Taiwan, and conducted research while eating there. I am also broadly interested in food-related cultures, and compare and consider not only the technical and material aspects of food, but also its cultural and folkloric aspects. I am currently interested in the issue of landscape and food.
