We are conducting research into the use of digital technology to record and preserve the shapes of cultural assets. We use terrestrial lasers, aerial lasers, and UAVs to measure ruins and artifacts, record the three-dimensional shapes of art and crafts such as Buddhist statues, and create replicas using additive manufacturing machines (3D printers).
