- I am interested in the relationship between the cultivation method and the nutritional value of agricultural products, especially vegetables. I would like to compare the nutritional value of organic produce and produce grown in vegetable factories, which have become popular in recent years, with that of regular produce, and to research better methods for cultivating vegetables.
