comment: I entered the world of university education as a foreign language teacher.
Although I mainly specialized in Chinese language teaching material development and proficiency assessment, my experience as Director of the Academic Affairs Department led me to research university academic management (curriculum, grading, credit system, student registration, etc.).
As I began researching the "student contracts" concluded between students and schools (corporations), my research broadened to cover contracts and obligations in general, and I now continue to conduct practical research, focusing on civil law (property law) and the protection of rights.
In addition, as a certified administrative scrivener, I am engaged in activities that contribute to the rights and interests of local residents, such as contracts, inheritance, relief for victims of traffic accidents, and residence status for foreigners.
