The short-term training program at Tzu Chi University in Taiwan, which started as a new program on Monday, September 9th, 2024, was successfully completed over eight days, and the seven students returned home safely on Monday, September 16th. After returning home, a report session was held on Wednesday, September 19th.

First, all the participating students reviewed the entire short-term training in Taiwan. After arriving at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, the training started with a warm welcome from Tzu Chi University, followed by an MOU signing ceremony, classes such as "Basic Chinese", "Sports Marketing", "Customer Relationship Management", and "Taiwanese Tea Ceremony", and a tour to Tzu Chi University Hospital to learn about the equipment management system in detail. It was a program that allowed students to think from various angles.

Afterwards, each participant gave a presentation using a PowerPoint file on the first theme of "What I learned in the training." They learned about the Taiwanese food culture, where cinnamon is added to every dish, and the housing culture, where toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet. In addition, in Taiwan, kindness towards others is very high from the very beginning when building human relationships, and they actually received hospitality from morning to night, learning about a dedicated attitude towards others. Furthermore, the Taiwanese people's English skills during group work and presentations were very high, and they felt the difference in their language skills very strongly. They presented many things they learned, such as the differences in English education between Japan and Taiwan.

Finally, there were many comments such as, "The most memorable class was the one where we made teams of about six people from more than three countries and created something. Every class was stimulating," "We had a lot of time to interact with Taiwanese students, and it was great that I was able to learn a lot about the good things about Taiwan that I wouldn't be able to learn about through tourism," and "There was a lot of group work and presentations, and the classes were in English, so I was able to experience the differences with Japan and it helped me grow in the future." The presentation ended with the students expressing their aspirations for the future, saying that they would like to be more proactive in their student life and apply it to their studies.
