[Faculty of Architecture & Arts] Professor Yoshimi Kurata receives the Akita City Cultural Achievement Award!

Faculty of Architecture & Arts Manga major YOSHIMI KURATA Professor has received the "Akita City Cultural Achievement Award".
Akita City selected one person each for the 2024 City Cultural Award and the Cultural Achievement Award, and Ms. Yoshi Kurata was chosen for the "Cultural Achievement Award.
Kurata is a native of Akita City and has a very strong love for his hometown. He has made great contributions and achievements in commemorating important milestones by cooperating with cultural activities and other cultural projects of the citizens through his cartoons.
The award ceremony will be held on November 6, 2024 at Akita Castle Hotel in Akita City.
