On May 18th (Sat) and 19th (Sun), a gorgeous event called Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City Day was held at the Sun Square in Osaka Castle Park. As part of the international exchange, volunteer students from the Faculty of Global Nursing second-year students, graduate students, and faculty members participated in the event. We set up a booth from Otemae Otemae University, and while experiencing Vietnamese culture, art, and music, we had visitors take their blood pressure and experience what it's like to be pregnant. They also had the opportunity to hold a newborn baby using a model. On the day, we were able to interact with many Vietnamese people in Japan dressed in Vietnamese costumes, and it was a valuable opportunity for the participating students to understand diversity and broaden their international perspective.
