[Faculty of Health and Nutrition] Healthy menu <Senshu onion-filled, soft and tender Doteni-style>

Ahead of the Osaka-Kansai Expo, Osaka Prefecture held the "Osaka EXPO Healthy Menu" contest in conjunction with the "WakuWaku EXPO with the 19th National Food Education Promotion Conference" held in June 2024.

The 16th healthy menu devised by students Faculty of Health and Nutrition is a thick and creamy dish of Senshu onions.
