Osaka Prefecture will be collaborating with food education-related companies and registered dietitian training facilities in the prefecture to hold an event in the demo kitchen area of the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion's "Food and Culture of the Future Zone" at the Osaka-Kansai Expo, with the aim of disseminating information toward the preservation and development of Osaka and Kansai food and culture.
