[Faculty of Health and Nutrition] Healthy menu <Sukiyaki bowl>

大阪・関西万博に先立ち、2024 年6 月に開催された「ワクワクEXPO with第19 回食育推進全国大会」にあわせ、大阪府では、「おおさかEXPOヘルシーメニュー」コンテストが実施されました。

健康栄養学部学生が考案したヘルシーメニュー第2弾は【すき焼き丼】です。
