2024 Fall Semester "International Exchange Points Certificate Award Ceremony" to be held

The 2024 Fall Semester International Exchange Points Ceremony was held at the Osaka Otemae Campus. This semester, 18 students from Faculty of Global Nursing were awarded the certificates by Dean Fujii.

In order to promote students' participation in international exchange and make their contributions visible, our university has introduced an "International Exchange Points System" that awards points for each activity, and students who earn a certain number of points are given an International Exchange Points Certificate. In 2024, the Osaka Campus accepted nursing students and nurses from Chiang Mai University in Thailand, the University of Health Sciences and National Mahosot Hospital in Laos, Yonsei University in South Korea, and Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore, and many of our students were involved in the acceptance program as volunteers. Through their interactions with international students, the students were able to deepen their understanding of diverse cultures.

We hope that these students will play a central role in further developing international exchange at our university.
