A student from our university (third year student Faculty of Intercultural Japanese Studies) applied to become an Expo volunteer, recruited by the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition, Osaka Prefecture, and Osaka City, and after undergoing training, became an Expo volunteer and will begin working there from May. Their main activities will include welcoming visitors from Japan and overseas, guiding and directing them around the Expo site, and supporting the smooth operation of information desks and rest areas.

The student is actively participating in international exchange and intercultural understanding events on campus, and we hope that he will use this experience to further grow and succeed.

*Volunteer activities are managed and operated by the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition, a public interest incorporated association, in collaboration with Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City.
