[Faculty of Health and Nutrition] Expo opening and "Kitsune-don" school cafeteria week

As part of a support project for the "EXPO 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo," which opened on April 13, a menu item called "Kitsune-don" (kitsune rice bowl), created by Megumi Yamagami, a fourth-year student Faculty of Health and Nutrition, was sold in the student cafeteria for five days from April 14 to 18.

The "Kitsune-don" will be available for tasting only on Saturday, August 23rd at the demo kitchen area in the Osaka Health Pavilion at the Expo. On April 15th, the Vice Governor of Osaka Prefecture, "Mozu-yan", visited the school during lunch break and livened up the event.

Through this activity, we hope you have had the opportunity to learn about the "Kitsune-don" that will be served at the Expo in August and about healthy Osaka menus. Let's incorporate this into our future diet and liven up the Expo.
