"Try-Week" is a social and work experience program for junior high school students promoted by the Hyogo Prefectural Board of Education. Our school accepted a total of five students, including four students from Nishinomiya Municipal Kurakuen Junior High School and three students from Nishinomiya Municipal Taisha Junior High School, over two days.

On the morning of Tuesday, May 20th, two girls from Kurakuraen Junior High School worked in the library, where they participated in data entry and shelving work, and on the morning of Friday, May 23rd, two boys worked in History Research Institute, where they participated in the restoration of old books, and in the afternoon they participated in the design and production of metal badges at the Manga Major in Faculty of Architecture & Arts.

Three students (two boys and one girl) from Nishinomiya Municipal Taisha Junior High School spent the whole day on Wednesday, May 21st learning frame-by-frame animation production at the Animation Department Faculty of Architecture & Arts, and in the morning on Friday, May 30th learning restoration of old books at History Research Institute, and in the afternoon learning design and production of metal badges at the Manga Department Faculty of Architecture & Arts.

Although the work experience was conducted within a very limited time frame, it was a valuable two days as the students were able to have experiences that they could not have learned in junior high school.
Thank you to everyone at Kurakuraen Junior High School and Taisha Junior High School for your hard work.
