[International Exchange] 2025 "International Student Buddy Introduction" to be held

Otemae University and Otemae College have an international student buddy system for Japanese students who want to make friends with international students, and for international students who want to make Japanese friends. This system allows students to become buddies (friends) and deepen their intercultural understanding by teaching each other about their cultures and languages.

This year, 38 students (19 Japanese students and 19 international students) applied, and the program was divided into several sessions starting on May 26th. International students from France, Myanmar, Vietnam, China, and Korea participated. Although the students seemed nervous at first, they interacted with each other with smiles on their faces, talking about their hobbies and favorite foods.
