[Organized by the Sports Club] The 2nd Intra-Campus Badminton Tournament is being held!

On June 11th, a badminton tournament organized by students from our university's sports club was held at the Osaka Otemae Campus. In addition to students and faculty from Faculty of Health and Nutrition and Faculty of Global Nursing, students from Faculty of Architecture & Arts from the Sakura Shukugawa Campus also participated, making for a very lively event with about 50 participants!

This was the second time the tournament has been held since last November, and there were some groups that used the multipurpose hall to practice before the tournament in hopes of winning, showing the enthusiasm and passion of the participants. At the tournament, participants decided their pairs by drawing lots and competed in a tournament format. Through the competition, students from faculties and years that do not usually have much contact with each other came together, expanding new friendships, and it was a fun and fulfilling time for all participants.

The top four pairs were each awarded a prize, and even students who did not place in the top places were given original boxes of sweets prepared by members of the sports club, and it was impressive to see the participants' joy.

The Sports Club plans to continue holding various sports tournaments on a regular basis in the future, and we hope that this will further deepen the interactions between students.
