Lecturer Masaki Ishibata participates in the "Yoshitsugu Otani Summit 2025"

On Sunday, August 10th, to commemorate the 460th anniversary of Otani Yoshitsugu's birth, the Tsuruga City Museum will host a symposium called the "Otani Yoshitsugu Summit 2025," which will look back on research into Yoshitsugu.
In the "Research Report" section, Lecturer Ishihata Masamoto Faculty of Intercultural Japanese Studies will give a presentation titled "Otani Yoshitsugu as Magistrate of the Toyotomi Government," and in the "Panel Discussion" section, he will discuss with other speakers the current state of Yoshitsugu research, Yoshitsugu's position in Tsuruga, and the outlook for future research. Summit-exclusive merchandise will also be on sale on the day.
