[Faculty of Health and Nutrition] Recipes created by Associate Professor Komatsu and students are published in "Diabetes Care +"!

Three recipes created Associate Professor Sachiko Komatsu and her students were featured in the Fall 2025 special issue of Medica Publishing's Diabetes Care + (Plus) (published September 10th).
This magazine is a specialized publication for medical staff (mainly nurses and registered dietitians) involved in diabetes care guidance.

The recipes that are created are posted on the "Easy recipes that can be adapted by keeping the key points in mind" page, and the aim is for these recipes to be introduced to people with diabetes through medical staff who are readers.
