[Faculty of Health and Nutrition] Students showcase healthy menu at EXPO 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo!

On Saturday, August 23rd, a cooking demonstration and tasting session for a healthy dish called "Kitsune Udon" (kitsune rice bowl), created by fourth-year students from Faculty of Health and Nutrition was held at the Osaka Prefecture-sponsored "Food DEMO LIVE in Healthcare PV" held in the demo kitchen area of the "Future Food and Culture Zone" of the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion at the Osaka-Kansai Expo site.

On the day, 12 second to fourth year students played a central role in the cooking, presentations and tastings, and all three sessions were a huge success, with all the tasting tickets being distributed in an instant. Participating in an event at the Expo site alongside major food companies gave the students great confidence and gave them a memorable experience.

The event was also posted on the Osaka Prefectural Health Promotion Division's X (formerly Twitter).
