On Saturday, October 11th, a ceremony was held to award the "Honorary Doctorate" to Mr. Kikujiro Yoshida, owner and pastry chef of "Boulmiche."

Otemae University Otemae University is pleased to announce that Dr. Kikujiro Yoshida, owner-patissier of the confectionery store Boulle Mish (main store in Ginza), who has served as a visiting for 12 years since 2012, will be awarded the title of Honorary Doctor of Science. To commemorate this occasion, we will hold a title conferment ceremony, a lecture and a panel discussion. Professor
Mr. Tsuyoshi Arita, President and Representative Director of Suzette Holdings Corporation, which operates the Henri Charpentier confectionery store, will also participate in the panel discussion. The general public is welcome to attend. Please note that the second part will be a participatory event using smartphones, so please be sure to bring your own smartphone if you plan to attend.
