At the same time, DES Inc., an educational content production company, has been relocated to the same floor.
The Department of Correspondence Education (School Faculty of Modern Social Studies Correspondence Course) was established in 2010 and currently has over 3,500 students. This relocation and renovation work is expected to provide even more detailed support to students in the Department of Correspondence Education.
An opening ceremony was held on October 17th, with greetings from President Mitsutoshi Hirano and Director of the Correspondence Education Department Masao Sakamoto, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a closing address from Yo Fukui Otemae Educational Corporation Chairperson of the Board Kaname Fukui.
After the ceremony, all participants toured the new office, with comments such as, "It has a bright atmosphere with a white base."
