[Faculty of Global Nursing] Associate Professor Yano and Research Associate Shono presented a poster at the Japanese Society of Home Health Care

On September 14th, Associate Professor Tomoko Yano and Research Associate Hitoshi Shono from Faculty of Global Nursing gave a poster presentation at the Japanese Society of Home Care.

The theme of this presentation was "The Actual State of Weight Loss in Visiting Nursing Users," and was the result of collaborative research with seven visiting nursing stations, including our university's training facility, Total Care Yao Visiting Nursing Station, Peace Mind, a small-scale multifunctional nursing home, and Shalom Visiting Nursing Station. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of community and home nursing and to accumulate practical knowledge, and we plan to continue this research in the future.

Our university will contribute to the realization of better home care through community-based nursing education and research activities.
