Application documents for the 2026 entrance examination using the University Entrance Common Test (Schedule A and Schedule B)
The "University Entrance Examination Common Score Request Form" must be submitted using the "ticket method."

If you are taking the entrance exam using the Common University Entrance Test (Schedule A or Schedule B), please go to My Page on the Common University Entrance Test application site.
Please issue and print out the score request ticket (for private universities) and enclose it with your application documents and mail it.

For the procedure for requesting grade information, please refer to the website of the National Center for University Entrance Examinations.
Please refer to the "Guide to taking the University Entrance Common Test for the 2026 University Admissions Selection (page 54)."
