[For graduates and former students] Regarding the issuance of various certificates during the winter break

Our university's administrative offices will be closed from Friday, December 26th to Monday, January 5th at 1:00 PM due to the winter break.*Business hours for the year will end at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 25th.

In accordance with this, the issuance of various certificates will be handled as follows:

1. About applications by mail
Certificates will not be issued during the winter break as the office is closed.
Certificates applied for before the winter break will be handled as follows:

1) For various certificates in Japanese (excluding certificates related to academic ability)
Applications received at the university after Saturday, December 13th will be issued after Monday, January 5th.Please note that it may take longer than usual to process your order.

2) Other certificates (various certificates in English, certificates related to academic ability, etc.)
Applications received at the university after Saturday, December 13th may be issued after Tuesday, January 13th depending on the application content.For details, please contact the "Contact Information" below.

* Regarding identity verification documents
As of December 2, 2025, the "identification documents" that must be enclosed when applying by mail will be the following. Please be careful when applying.
<Identity verification documents> My Number Card, qualification confirmation, driver's license, pension certificate (pension book is acceptable), passport

2. Using the automatic certificate issuing machine (※Certificates in English cannot be issued)
The automatic certificate issuing machine will be available for use until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 25th.
After the winter break, it will be available from 13:00 on Monday, January 5th.

1) For those who graduated after March 1994, Japanese graduation certificates and transcripts can be issued on the same day using the automatic certificate issuing machine located in the office.

2) Graduates and students who completed the Advanced Course before March 1993 cannot use the automatic certificate issuing machine. Please apply by mail, etc.
