A Christmas party was held at Mirou, the student hall on the Sakura Shukugawa Campus, from 6:00 PM on December 12th. This year's theme was "World Celebration."

Approximately 100 people participated, including international students and Japanese students, including faculty members including President Hirano, Vice-President Watanabe, and Vice-President Fukui. The event began with a toast by President Hirano.

Next, a group of student volunteers performed "Nagorie Yuki" and "Christmas Song." The participating students then introduced the celebrations in their home countries. Representatives from China, Myanmar, Indonesia & Malaysia, Vietnam, the United States, South Korea, and Japan each gave explanations using PowerPoint presentations. It was an opportunity for the international students to learn about their home countries and understand multiculturalism. Finally, there was a table-based quiz competition between countries, which was very exciting.

In the second half, the traditional orchestra sang Christmas songs. The heartwarming performance really got everyone into the Christmas spirit. At the end of the event, everyone exchanged gifts. The participating students were delighted, exclaiming things like, "Wow, that's amazing!", "Looks delicious!", and "So cute!"

To ensure everyone could enjoy the event this year, the international exchange student staff (Team Colors) were involved in planning and running the event, decorating the venue with handmade Christmas trees and paper snowflakes.
