[Faculty of Health and Nutrition] 2025 Food Education Activity Report ⑥ Participating in Higashisumiyoshi Ward Office's "Food Education Festa 2026"

On February 21st, we held our final food education activity of the year at the Food Education Festa 2026, held in Higashisumiyoshi Ward, Osaka City.

On the day, eight volunteer students, four third-year students and four first-year students Faculty of Health and Nutrition, participated and conducted a dietary diagnosis using our university's SAT system, which was experienced by approximately 90 local residents who came to the event. The students carefully explained the SAT to local residents and interviewed them about their dietary habits, providing a valuable opportunity to realize the high level of interest in food.

Food education activities are also an opportunity for students to interact with students from other grades and put the knowledge they have learned in class into practice, and we will continue to carry out food education activities in collaboration with the local community.
