Center for Intercultural Studies will be holding a "Seminar on Emotional Psychology for Children and Adults" with the subtitle "Emotions shape your daily body and thoughts, and form the foundation of your life."

The relationships that exist because of having a family—children, partners, fellow moms—can make your daily life even busier. In these hectic days, if you can sort out what you don't need to think about and what you should think about, your body and mind will function more efficiently.

To achieve this efficiency, it is important to understand the function of emotions. In this seminar, we will learn about the outline of constructivist emotion theory, the latest theory of emotions, and hope that it will be useful to you at this point.
