comment: My research focuses on supporting midwives in proactively choosing and continuing their careers while utilizing their expertise. In particular, I examine the decision-making processes of midwifery students and newly qualified midwives, as well as the career development of midwives working in mixed wards. Through this research, I aim to contribute to creating a workplace environment that enables midwives to continue their careers and to improving the quality of perinatal care.
