[Regional Cooperation] Regarding the conclusion of a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Takarazuka City

On Tuesday, May 12, 2026, Takarazuka City and Otemae University / Otemae College signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement on the following items, with the aim of promoting collaborative and co-creative initiatives to achieve the SDGs, solve local issues, revitalize the region, and improve citizen services, thereby realizing a city that can develop sustainably. At the signing ceremony held in the special conference room of Takarazuka City Hall on the same day, Takarazuka Mayor Rintaro Mori, University President Hirano, and Junior President Fukui each expressed their expectations for the cooperation.

(1) Matters related to academics and research.
(2) Matters related to industrial promotion, culture and arts.
(3) Matters relating to the promotion of a circular economy.
(4) Matters related to health promotion.
(5) Matters related to disaster prevention and crime prevention.
(6) Matters relating to the city's public relations.
(7) Anything else that Party A and Party B may decide to do in consultation with each other.

Based on the above points, Otemae University and Otemae College will collaborate with Takarazuka City in various activities going forward.
