Regarding the issuance of various certificates during the summer period

During the summer period [August 1st (Sat) - August 31st (Mon)], our university's administrative system will be irregular. Accordingly, the issuance of various certificates will be handled as follows.
We apologize for any inconvenience and trouble this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Application by mail

Issuance may take longer than usual. If you require your order urgently, please contact us in advance.
Please note that certificate issuance services are not available on the following office closing days. If a certificate application form is received by mail during these periods, it will only be processed after the office reopens.

August 1st (Saturday),August 12th (Wednesday) - August 15th (Saturday)

* If you are applying for a certificate in Japanese, please allow approximately one week from the time of application to issuance. If it will take longer than one week to issue the certificate depending on the details of your application, we will contact you.
Please note that for graduates of the Nishinomiya Shukugawa Campus who graduated before March 1993, it may take more than a week to issue various certificates.

<For current students>
The automatic certificate issuing machine will be available during the summer. However, please note that there will be periods when it is not available due to office closures, etc. For details, please check the notices posted on el-Campus.

2. Regarding English Certificates

Issuing English certificates takes longer than issuing Japanese certificates. During the summer season, issuing English certificates may take longer than usual (approximately 2-3 weeks or more), so please be aware of this when applying.

3. Regarding certificates of academic ability (※Applicable to those wishing to obtain a teaching license)

Please note that during the summer months, it may take 2-3 weeks from application to issuance.
