In Cooking Practice III, students will acquire knowledge and cooking skills to maintain and improve their health through everyday meals, while aiming to pass the Level 2 Nutrition and Cooking Skills Certification Examination.

In the lectures, students will deepen their understanding of the relationship between dietary habits and society/the environment, the relationship between health and nutrition/diet, and the characteristics of food culture. In the practical sessions, students will learn the practical content of the cooking skills certification exam and perform cooking exercises simulating the actual exam.

First, the instructor demonstrates the cooking process, carefully explaining the key points at each stage. Then, the student practical session begins.

This second practical training session was conducted under the same conditions as the certification exam. It was impressive to see the students working diligently and intently, striving to create high-quality dishes within the time limit, amidst the same tension as the real exam. The instructors will review the finished dishes and provide feedback on areas for improvement and strengths to help them pass the exam.

The next practical training session (the third one) will include a practical test, and the actual certification exam will be held in September. I hope all the students will continue to work hard so that they can approach the exam with confidence.
