At the Japanese Society of Nursing Management Academic Conference held in Tokyo from August 21st, we held an information exchange meeting on the theme of "Developing Project Management Capabilities for Nursing Management that Establishes Evidence-Based Planning (EBP)."
In this event, Professor Yuri Kasamatsu of Faculty of Global Nursing served as the facilitator, and Ms. Ishijima, head nurse at Chiba University Hospital, who worked on fall prevention through JBI's EITP project, presented practical case studies. Professor Naoko Nishimura of Faculty of Global Nursing also provided comments.
Over 100 participants gathered on the day to discuss leadership, identifying the factors that hinder business improvement, and how to overcome them.
Our research institute will continue to collaborate with clinical settings, utilizing evidence-based practices, to contribute to improving the quality of nursing care.
